Established in Los Angeles in 1988, TenLab’s goal is to create products and provide solutions to solve incompatibility problems caused by different TV systems around the world.

TenLab Multiplay VCR introduced in 1988 was the first NTSC VCR capable of playing foreign tapes. Next was the Multicombo, the first combination TV-VCR to play VHS tapes from every country in the world.

In the early 1990s, TenLab started designing video converters for applications in the military, industry, education, etc., and the first consumer PAL NTSC converters soon followed.

TenLab's newer models offer the possibility to upgrade, so customers may always have the latest technology and features. Thousands of TenLab converters are being used around the world: from the amateur to the professional video maker, from the aerospace industry to the military, from universities to system integrators, TenLab strives to find the best solution for every conversion need, many times having to customize or create a new products for a single client while providing one of the best customer and product supports in the industry.
