Or vice versa, Brazilian residents bringing their PAL videos & TVs to the USA. Also ideal for South American countries (mostly NTSC) that receive PAL-M broadcast from their neighbor Brazil. And for many more commercial or special applications. This high quality converter features RCA-type Video In and Video Out connectors, 220/110 Volts power supply, power on/off button with led indicator, and a convenient conversion mode switch to select PAL-M to NTSC or NTSC to PAL-M. Color Phase control makes possible adjustment of tint of the color during conversion.
